Program Details

• Support the Marketing Manager in the launch of new products and promotions, and maintenance of existing products and services

• Support the Marketing Manager to drive acquisition of new home broadband customers and increase ARPU of customers in the home broadband segment

• Ensure timely and smooth execution of marketing campaigns, including working with key stakeholders on end-to-end campaign mechanics, whilst actively reducing time and cost to market

• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate marketing campaigns to ensure its effectiveness

• Support sales channels and sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition targets

• Responsible for weekly / monthly reporting and analysis on key drivers and product performance, including coordination with other internal departments to ensure data accuracy and robustness

• Keep abreast of global technology and telco trends, and conduct market research and competitive analysis

• Preparation of weekly and ad hoc sales memos, ensuring that product and promotion configurations are complete and ready in the system

• Assist in handling of customer enquiries to ensure timely customer resolution whilst delivering a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Diploma in Business / Marketing / Finance / Economics or other relevant fields

• Proficient in MS software (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)

• Sharp analytical mind with strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated, able to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to work as a good team player

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Tech-savvy with keen interest in the tech industry
