Office Support Specialist (Govt)

Job Description:

Event and Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate the logistics and event management for events for the participants.

  • Provide valuable support in the planning and execution of event-related logistics, such as venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant coordination.

  • Maintenance and organization of training rooms.


Learning Resource Management and Development:

  • Gather relevant information and data for the development.

  • Update the course directory for core skills on a quarterly basis, ensuring that course offerings are current and accessible.

  • Manage and set up library catalogue codes & databases.

  • Building of e-learning quizzes in the system.


Program and Administration Support: 

  • Provide excellent administrative support before and after programs/events.

  • Maintain accurate records of course completion to track individual and overall progress in digital learning initiatives.

  • Housekeeping of e-learnings in the system.

  • Create mass course creation to support organization’s learning initiatives.


Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.

  • Minimum Diploma & above in any related discipline.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel skillsets (such as Pivot Table, Filtering data, V-look Up & X-Look Up).

Admin Assistant

Job Highlights

  • Contract Duration: 3 Months.

  • Nearest MRT Station: Downtown MRT.

  • 5 Working Days per Week.


Responsibilities

  • Collect, distribute, and track hardcopy mail for the Division, ensuring proper sorting and processing of GIRO forms for FIN.

  • Follow up on returned mail and managed Lost & Found Cards efficiently.

  • Process Programs and Appeals, including data entry, verifying documents, assessing applications, addressing incomplete submissions, routing forms to unions, and scanning hardcopy forms for records.

  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.

  • Knowledge or experience in administration/customer service would be advantageous.

  • Minimum Degree holders.
