I have never taken part of a Mentoring scheme before. What is Mentoring all about?
You are free to choose a working professional from our mentor list and select he/she as your career mentor.
After selection, you will be receiving a notification alerting you to submit a list of questions and your PDF resume for mentor’s information. Then, if the mentor has agreed on your preferred date, time and meeting format (either online
or face-to-face), you can proceed with payment. And of course, wait for the time to meet your mentor!
P.S. It is recommended to book your mentor 3 days before the actual day of session.

Can I apply for both, a mentor AND mentee?
Yes, that’s absolutely fine. Many people have a lot of experience to share already but would benefit from someone
more senior to give them advice. Simply fill in two registration forms.
Will I definitely find a mentor/mentee?
We try our best to match applicants according to their areas of interest and the other specifications.
Unfortunately, if you have difficulties matching yourself with a mentor, please simply fill up the inquiry form and tell us what you want. We will be able to help!
What if my mentor/mentee and I are at a very similar stage in our career?
We believe that everyone has his/her strengths and backgrounds and you will be able to learn from one another even if your mentor is in a similar stage.
How do I make payment?
You can do so by using Alipay or direct transfer to BestTop Consulting Company Account.
No worries, instructions will be given to you when it’s time to make payment.
Meanwhile, you are most welcome to call us anytime.
Does being a mentee help me find job?
You should not expect the mentor to present you with a job.
However, they can help you get a better picture about what it is you want and how to get it.
And most importantly, if your mentor has some internal job opening at his/her company,
you may get a chance to go for it! But again, it depends on your mentor and your initiative to simply ask.
Who are the mentors?
Mentors are experienced professionals in their line of job and come from various organizations/companies.
They must pass in our review system before coming on board with us.
They are also committed to help and spend their time coaching junior job seekers.
What is the mentoring fee?
The remuneration structure will be communicated to you prior to the engagement. For further clarifications, you may reach out to us directly.
What should I do if I do not know which mentor to find?
