【Responsibilities】
- Manage the  recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and competencies needed for success in various positions.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top-tier talent, with a focus on roles within the blockchain and Web3 sectors.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives, ensuring HashKey Singapore is recognized as an employer of choice in the tech and blockchain communities.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies in blockchain, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

【Requirements】
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in the Web3 and blockchain industries is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
