Position

 

1. AI Agent - Assistant Product Manager | SGD 3,000 - 5,000

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, management, and integration of AI agent products (especially in Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen model series) to enhance student recruitment, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to define product requirements, features, and integrations.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the AI technology market.

  • Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirement gathering, feature prioritisation, and sprint planning.

  • Work closely with AI engineers to understand the technical feasibility, scope, and limitations of AI agent functionalities.

  • Develop AI-powered recruitment agents for improved student recruitment effectiveness, ensuring smooth integration with communication platforms such as WeChat Official Account, WeCom, WhatsApp, and websites.

  • Leverage admission chat history and project FAQs for AI learning to improve communication accuracy and enhance the AI agent’s performance.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimise workflows and streamline recruitment processes.

  • Assist in creating product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.

  • Support product testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure performance and reliability.

  • Monitor product metrics and KPIs, providing insights for continuous product improvement and optimisation.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Support the Product Manager in day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI (especially in Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen model series)

  • and machine learning technologies. Expertise in API development and integration with platforms like WeChat Official Account, WeCom, WhatsApp, and Websites. Advanced programming skills.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese.

  • Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities. Independence in handling tasks and managing priorities.

 

2. Social Media Operations Specialist | SGD 2,200-2,500

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, promote, and manage content across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WeChat Official Account, Little Red Book, ...) .

  • Collaborate with account managers to plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.

  • Regularly organise and update information databases, summarise operational data, and report on performance.

  • Handle daily operational tasks, including message broadcasting, responding to queries, and managing backend settings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with experience in social media operations. Proficiency in Chinese and English.

  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and creative planning abilities.

  • Competent in data consolidation and analysis.

  • Passionate about the internet industry, meticulous in work, and quick to learn and adapt to new trends.

 

3. Social Media Strategist |SGD 2,500-3,500

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately identify market and consumer needs, independently create comprehensive brand and campaign strategies.

  • Develop and execute brand communication strategies and daily marketing projects, including integrated marketing plans for brand exposure and business growth.

  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop effective strategies and campaigns, maintaining and improving existing projects.

  • Utilise data-driven marketing strategies, track and analyse campaign data, and optimise both online and offline plans. Prepare post-campaign reports.

  • Coordinate internal teams to implement project strategies, ensuring content quality and effective outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in creating professional-level PowerPoint presentations.

  • Ability to think systematically about brand marketing, with strong event planning and marketing communication skills, and project management capabilities.

  • Excellent creative thinking and independent proposal skills.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills, with a proactive and resilient attitude.

 

4. Account Executive |SGD 3,000-3,500

 

Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand the annual service contract, oversee all service-related work, and ensure high-quality delivery of all service content.

  • Develop operational plans for clients and platforms/tools, manage project costs, and control budgets effectively.

  • Increase the user base and engagement on new media platforms, enhancing visibility.

  • Familiar with operational strategies for internet content products, analyse market feedback, and adjust operations accordingly.

  • Coordinate internal teams for efficient content production and collaboration.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with experience in advertising or third-party new media operations preferred.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, proficient in PPT, capable of independently handling topic planning, article writing, and related tasks.

  • Expertise in data operation and analysis on platforms like WeChat and Douyin, with a keen understanding of client needs.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills, with a proactive and resilient attitude.

 

5. Educational Tour Operation Manager | SGD 3,500-4,000

Focus: Primary location: Singapore, with coverage across Southeast Asia including Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Overseas locations include Silicon Valley (USA), London (UK), and Tokyo (Japan), depending on educational resources and product positioning.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise existing educational product resources to understand and manage high-end study tours and related business products in Singapore. Conduct market research and in-depth

  • user analysis, adjusting study tour products to meet client needs and deliver feasible solutions.

  • Independently plan study tour routes, manage budgets, and ensure the content meets the investigation purposes of target users while integrating local cultural features and company resources.

  • Lead the timely and high-quality execution of social media marketing content for study tour projects, ensuring alignment with project brand positioning and attracting the target audience.

  • Oversee and address any issues encountered during project execution, ensuring quality control and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Skilled in B2B communication, manage daily interactions with schools, host organisations, and other partners. Expand supplier markets, negotiate cooperation terms, and establish long-term partnerships.

  • Proficient in project data analysis, using data visualisation to analyse customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and satisfaction, improving overall project outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Experience in tourism management, international trade, marketing, or related fields, with overseas study tour or international education experience preferred.

  • Strong team collaboration, cross-departmental communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools to enhance work efficiency. Interest in cutting-edge AI developments is a plus.

  • Clear thinking, high market and customer sensitivity, strong learning and execution abilities, with a sales-oriented mindset and data-driven product iteration skills.

  • Resilient under pressure, able to handle and resolve unexpected situations promptly, with a results-driven approach.

  • Committed to continuous learning and improvement, with a proactive, optimistic attitude and strong market insight and customer communication skills. Lifelong learner eager to share knowledge with the team.
