DIGITAL DESIGNER​

Location: Central, Somerset
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality designs for digital marketing campaigns and social media content

  • Produce and develop graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for various projects.

  • Design and create visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Collaborate with various teams to design and create different forms of marketing collaterals, such as EDMs, social media design, online marketing banners and etc, for platform and various online channels

  • Generate and contribute new and creative ideas in brainstorming sessions

  • Support the marketing team in designing and producing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other digital items.

  • Stay up to date with design trends, software, and techniques to ensure the company's designs are on-trend and innovative.

  • Manage multiple design projects and deliver them within the given timelines.

  • Communicate with team members to ensure all design requirements are met.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing static and animated designs, offline prints and mock-ups, and web design projects

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), AI design tool other relevant design tools

  •  Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work

  • Experience and knowledge in video editing will be an advantage.

Digital Marketing Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Retain and grow client portfolios to meet annual renewal revenue targets.

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.

  • Campaign Briefs: Attend campaign briefings with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

  • Consultative Recommendations: Analyse clients’ business/brand to provide tailored digital marketing solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of clients’ campaigns.

  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to execute tasks required for campaign success.

  • Performance Improvement: Identify and recommend initiatives to enhance clients’ digital campaign performance.

  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance for clients

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent

  • Min. 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Agency Background

  • Knowledge of ad platforms and management tools including but not limited to

    Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels/Ad Manager is an added advantage

  • Google Ads Certified is an added advantage

Skills Development Associate (Inside Consumer Sales)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for direct sales to professionals and corporate customers (B2B/B2C)

  • Identify, build and manage sales pipeline and business relationships

  • Drive the entire sales cycle – from cold calling, leads generation, initial customer engagement, qualifying, consultation to closure

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and training needs.

  • Assess clients' current skills and knowledge to recommend suitable educational programmes or courses.

  • Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems effectively to manage client interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records.

  • Actively promote educational programmes and services to prospective clients.

  • Assist clients through the enrolment process, including explaining pricing, payment options, and terms.

This role involves engaging with SMEs, MNCs & decision-makers to understand their needs and offering tailored training courses that enhance the learning experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To reach out and engage the general public to upgrade and embark on their Digital Marketing learning journey

  • Identify potential customers and businesses that may be interested in digital tech courses

  • Actively participate in assigned roadshows, corporate events and seminars

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and carry out all technical & creative aspects of video recording and video editing from start to finish

  • Conceptualise and create engaging, informative video that is in line with Brand Style and tone of Voice

  • Proficient in motion graphics, typography

  • Technical knowledge of professional lighting and photography equipment

  • Able to conceptualise and develop original and creative ideas

  • Film videos on set or on location

  • Manage production timeline and ensure timelines are met from brief reception to assets delivery

  • Able to independently carry out full production work from ideation, planning, shooting, lighting to sound recording

  • Perform post production work

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ of relevant experience preferred.

  • Understanding of Digital marketing

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Cloud (PremierePro, AfterEffects, Photoshop etc)

  • Creative Storyteller - a strong conceptual thinker with good knowledge in storyboarding.

VIDEOGRAPHER

Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative composition of moving visuals and motion graphics to tell a story as required with minimal supervision

  • Create original video content and creative video editing

  • Collaborate with the Video Team Lead and producers to understand project requirements and objectives

  • Adapt and localise international content for various platforms with assets for social platforms being a key requirement

  • Must be able to edit without storyboards or provide your own interpretation of an offline edit

  • Deliver projects to a high standard within specified time frames

  • Export, compress, and reformat video files

  • Stay up to date with current moving image trends

  • Contribute to creative solutions within the post-production unit

  • Able to work independently and also be a team player.

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with the company's brand and client expectations.

  • Incorporate music, graphics, and other elements to enhance the overall visual appeal of the videos.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ of relevant experience preferred.
