Program Details
• Create the product strategy and roadmap, prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, user and revenue impact
• Own, comprehend and communicate all upcoming product feature and user experience changes to key associates (Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams, and customers)
• Own and lead the Issues prioritisation- ensure suitable timelines, follow ups, and delivery
• Set expectations for turnover and provide visibility to cross functional stakeholders.
• Discuss and make conclusions about product features
• Commit to product knowledge - documentation, webinars product and use case blogs, how-to videos
