Leasing Executive 

About the Role

  • As a Leasing Executive, your primary goal is to enhance our Singapore Operations through leasing partnerships with our driver partners.

So what does a typical work week look like for you?

  • Assist in following up with driver partners' interests in leasing with RushOwl

  • Assist in working with operations department to ensure driver partners' interests are

    managed

  • Participate in managing vehicle stakeholders to make sure satisfactory services are

    provided.

  • Rapidly execute, iterate and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run

    smoothly.

  • Exercise Documentation Practices to ensure all data/information is documented

    timely for future actionable and case studies.

  • Ensure the well-being of driver partners

Operations Executive

  • As an Operations Executive, your primary goal is to support Singapore Operations and the delivery of RushOwl’s Transportation Solutions.

  • You’re the behind-the-scenes hero who is always seeking to make things efficient & convenient for others. You thrive in a fast-paced work setting and are open to communicating with all stakeholders across our passenger-driver ecosystem.

  • You are confident in building and maintaining a brand that our passengers trust and love. You have strong evidence of strong leadership and task management skills.

So what does a typical workweek look like for you?

  • Assist in the Area Planning process.

  • Assist in Resource Deployment to ensure trip fulfillment is met.

  • Participate in managing vehicle stakeholders to make sure satisfactory services are provided. Rapidly execute, iterate and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run smoothly. Exercise Documentation Practices to ensure all data/information is documented timely for future actionable case studies.

  • Conduct detailed transportation analysis, with the consideration of trip service levels, constraints/time windows.

  • Assist in Parents Management for school trips as well as bus attendants.

  • Churn reports & analysis for each respective task

Below is a brief description of your job scope. The Management may adjust your job scope from time-to-time, to better align with the organization’s objectives.

  • You will be reporting directly to the Operations Head of RushOwl Singapore Pte Ltd.

  • Assist in the management and administration of all operational matters within RushOwl Singapore Pte Ltd.

  • Manage and schedule driver rostering and trip allocation.

  • Assist in the administrative support to drivers, internal and external stakeholders, and attend to enquiries

    and administration matters relating to all operational plans.

  • Assist in developing strong relationships with the fleet management, partners and community.

  • Assist in gathering and reviewing feedback from fleet team and customer service team after operational

    shifts and provide further feedback/recommendations.

  • Work closely with the stakeholders and various departments to deliver shared outcomes.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate administrative reports/records.

  • Provide regular updates to the Department Head/Management Team on the progress of the projects and

    activities during meetings or in writing as and when required.

Operations Intern

Your Role here as a RushOwl

  • As an Operations Intern, You will be responsible for area planning, resource deployment and managing of vehicle stakeholders.

  • You will be expected to rapidly execute, iterate, and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run smoothly and are documented down into data for future actionables and case study showings. You are a self-starter, data-driven individual that is capable of coordinating multiple projects concurrently and feel comfortable to provide live, sincere feedback to the management team.

  • You will report directly to the Head of Operations to help shape your insights and suggestions into live deployments, be it a small iteration, or an entire business flow that will optimize the company's operations.

Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creator Intern

About the Role

  • The Social Media Content Creator Intern is a dynamic and creative team member responsible for developing and producing engaging content across various social media platforms. This role involves creating visually appealing and compelling content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Primary Duties

  • 1.Crafting Content

  • Create captivating content for social media channels, encompassing visuals such as images, graphics, videos, and written materials.

  • Generate inventive ideas that align with the brand's identity and messaging.

  • Deeply comprehend the brand, its values, and target audience to produce copy that resonates

    with followers. Adjust writing style to match the brand's voice and maintain consistency across all communication channels.

  • 2.Visual Content Production

  • Produce and edit compelling video content, spanning short-form clips to longer pieces suitable for diverse social media platforms.

  • Apply photography skills to capture and compose visually striking images.

  • 3.Calendar Management for Content

  • Collaborate with the content creation team to synchronize copywriting with the overall content calendar, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.

  • Ensure written content complements visual elements for a unified brand message.

  • 4.Trend Incorporation

  • Stay informed about social media trends and cultural shifts to incorporate relevant and timely topics into the copywriting strategy.

  • Utilize trending hashtags and topics to enhance visibility and engagement.

 

Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Content Creator with a compelling portfolio.

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, and other multimedia creation

    tools.

  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and content best

    practices.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative and innovative mindset.

  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends.

    Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Photography skills and familiarity with photo editing software.

  • You will be reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of RushOwl Singapore Pte Ltd. Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for TikTok content that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality TikTok videos, including but not limited to challenges, trends, tutorials, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and product showcases.

  • Write compelling and concise scripts for TikTok videos and other social media platforms, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and optimized for the platform.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media platforms, trends, memes, challenges, and features, and incorporate relevant elements into our content strategy.

  • Collaborate with other team members, including designers and marketers, to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency across all content.

  • Engage with our social media platform audiences by fostering a sense of community and building relationships with followers.

  • Monitor TikTok analytics and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of our content, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Represent our brand professionally and authentically on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and engaging presence while adhering to brand guidelines and values. Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by your Reporting Officer and/or the Management from time to time.
