1)    Prepare based on the question list received from mentee (if applicable)
2)    Assess how informed the mentee is on the topic of interest and provide information and knowledge to fill in the gaps 
3)    Provide feedback on mentee’s CV and interviewing skills
4)    Treat mentee with respect and sincerity 
5)    If possible, offer to connect mentee with other people who may help them
6)    If possible, offer to refer mentee to suitable job opportunities
