Key Responsibilities

Drive Project Execution: Spearhead the planning, scheduling, and on-site installation of all M&E systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Manage Technical & Site Operations: Prepare technical submissions, manage equipment selection, and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Master Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the key technical liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Proactively resolve technical challenges and facilitate seamless project flow.

Champion Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of worksite safety (WSH) and ensure full compliance with all local codes and authorities (BCA, SCDF, PUB, EMA).

Lead System Testing & Commissioning: Oversee the complete testing and commissioning process for all systems. Become the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving technical issues to ensure a successful project handover.
Job Qualifications

Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).

Technical & Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD. Working knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is an advantage.

Essential Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Certifications: Valid WSH certifications are required. A licensed plumber/gas/electrical worker designation is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Manage BIM Models:
-
Create, update, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models across all building services disciplines (M&E, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical).

Ensure Accuracy & Quality Control:
-
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure models and drawings meet design intent, construction feasibility, and project requirements.

Support Project Delivery:
-
Produce BIM deliverables—including drawings, schedules, and quantities—in line with project timelines and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
-

Facilitate Multi-Disciplinary Coordination:
-
Manage model data and support clash detection, issue resolution, and integration across disciplines to achieve seamless coordination.

Maintain BIM Standards & Compliance:
-
Adhere to company and project-specific BIM standards, templates, and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance.

Collaborate Across Teams:
-
Work closely with engineers, coordinators, and project leads to deliver coordinated CAD drawings and BIM documentation that support design, authority submission, and construction phases.

Job Qualifications
-
Educational Background: Diploma or Certificate in Building Information Modelling, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Technical & Software Skills:
-
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM 360, Dynamo, or other collaboration platforms is an advantage.

Essential Skills:

Strong attention to detail, coordination mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
