BestTop Consulting Pte Ltd was founded in Singapore in 2014 and it aims to provide professional customized career coaching service for students and working professionals from Singapore and abroad. Our 400+ career mentors are from the Fortune 500 companies, with rich industry experiences and career development skills. We have set up offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and mainland China. Our services are recognized by the community and we are backed by renowned incubation programmes from National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, and the Hong Kong Cyberport.

Our Team
Tony has graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Ph.D in Innovation & Technology Management, and has published several articles in leading academic journals.
From 2012 to 2015, Tony worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland as the Graduate Trainee. In 2015, he co-founded BestTop. Up till now, he has successfully organized more than 30 batches of career workshops and launched more than 60 large-scale offline activities. He developed deep cooperation with more than 20 multinational companies (such as Bloomberg, HP, LinkedIn, Uber) and a dozen universities (such as NUS / NTU / Hong Kong University). A Baxter professional tutor with 1200+ hours of coaching, Tony is also a mentor at BestTop and has helped more than 120 students to harvest their favorite offers, including Procter & Gamble, UBS, HP, DBS Bank, General Electric and so on.
