Associate Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Sales to join our team in Singapore. This role provides hands-on experience in supporting client acquisition, partnership development, and market expansion strategies across Southeast Asia. You’ll work closely with our regional sales team on prospect research, proposal development, pipeline tracking, and client engagement. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn how agencies grow their business, and ready to develop strong commercial and communication skills.

​Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients and partnership opportunities.

  • Assist with preparing client presentations, proposals, and case studies.

  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to uncover business opportunities

  • Help maintain CRM and track business development pipeline progress.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (media, creative, PR) to prepare pitches and client deliverables.

  • Participate in client meetings or calls to gain exposure to relationship management.

Job Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in business development, sales, or client management.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).

  • Good research and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Language Requirement: Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus to liaise with Chinese clients and HQ.

Creative Intern

About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Creative Intern to join our team and contribute to our visual storytelling efforts across digital platforms. This internship offers hands-on experience in motion design and social media content creation while working alongside experienced creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging videos ranging from lifestyle shoots to motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

  • Develop content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives

  • Assist in conceptualizing and executing visual content strategies for social media

  • Design static and animated assets that align with brand guidelines and visual identity, as well as coordinate and produce shoots for lifestyle content

  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences

  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging design techniques

  • Support the creative team with various design projects as needed

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

Key Qualifications

1. Technical Skills​

  • Proficiency in motion design software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)

  • Experience with shoot and basic videography

  • Experience with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent)

  • Basic understanding of video editing principles and animation techniques

  • Knowledge of social media platform specifications and best practices

  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles

 

2. Social Media Knowledge

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their unique content requirements

  • Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement strategies

  • Knowledge of optimal posting times, content formats, and platform-specific features

  • Awareness of social media analytics and performance metrics

 

3. Soft Skills

  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

  • Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback

  • Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and grow

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field

  • Portfolio demonstrating motion design work and social media content

  • Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web design principles

  • Previous internship or freelance experience in creative or digital marketing roles

This role offers hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll support our regional media planner with performance monitoring, data reporting, and campaign optimization. This internship is perfect for someone eager to learn digital advertising best practices, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. If you're passionate about digital marketing and excited to dive into the world of media planning, we'd love to have you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the media buying team in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns mainly across Google, Meta, YouTube and TikTok.

  • Assist with monitoring daily campaign performance and consolidating data for reporting and analysis.

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.

  • Learn and apply campaign management best practices under mentorship.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Job Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Experience in digital advertising, influencer marketing, marketing dashboards and/or data analysis is a plus.
