BestTop's CFO visited 2 Chinese universities and gave career talks there. The event was aimed to introduce Singapore's career opportunities to Chinese graduates and invited them to come to Singapore to explore their career path.
Christmas Party
BestTop held Christmas Party on December 10, 2016. This is an annually event that we gather our mentors and mentees to celebrate Christmas. It functioned and set out to build an informative networking platform for participants to interact with each other and the communicate with working professionals in different industries.

BestTop published the first career guide for foreign fresh graduates. It comprises several practical chapters: Singapore job market analysis; overview of the hottest industry in Singapore; preparation for job-seeking in Singapore. The guide provides very useful information for foreign fresh graduates.

Live Mock Interview
BestTop held a live mock interview on gotowebinar.
Four experienced mentors, Aline, Mao Ning, Xiangyu, and Zhenyu, acted as interviewees and showcased what you would experience in a group interview.
During the 45-minute session, the mentors played the role as leader, timekeeper, idea provider and passive participant.

BestTop is collaborating with senior executives and HR manager from investment bank, commercial bank, hedge fund and investment company to bring to you a one-month intensive career workshop in financial industry.

BestTop was invited to attend the Offer La Career Fair, a fair with the objective of offering graduates a shot at their dream job, and exposing the participating companies to a host of ambitious adventurous talent. About 400-600 people were estimated to have participated at the event.

BestTop was chosen one of Singapore Startups to be exhibited in TechInAsia Conference 2016. During the two-day event, BestTop was glad to know quite a lot global partners, new mentors, and of course new mentees :)

With a full lecture room of NTU students, Mr William Tan, Dr Tony Jin and Ms Clara Jiang shared first-handed job seeking processes, resume writing techniques and the importance of Social Media in job searching.
