About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in recruitment, learning & development, and HR project execution in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will be responsible for supporting a broad range of HR functions, including campus hiring, onboarding, workforce grants administration, and internal HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end recruitment for interns and junior full-time positions; prepare offer letters and employment contracts

Liaise with universities, career offices, and student bodies to promote internship opportunities

Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth start for new hires

Manage offboarding process for interns, including exit interviews and asset return
-
Ensure timely processing of documentation and HR system updates

Enrol and timely track employees in mandatory regulatory trainings for both new hires and annual refresher cycles

Prepare and submit grant applications in coordination with government agencies

Maintain dashboards to track internship periods, claims timelines, and approval statuses

Support company-wide HR programs such as townhalls, employee engagement events, and anniversary celebrations

Assist in preparing HR newsletter content, and other internal communications
Job Qualifications
-
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or related discipline

1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Strong interest in HR generalist work across recruitment, L&D, and operations

Familiarity with local internship programs, WSG/EnterpriseSG grants is a strong advantage

Experience managing regulatory training tracking or CPD compliance
-
Proficient in HR management systems (e.g. Whyze HR)

Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with regional stakeholders and interns

Highly organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented
-
Able to multitask and work independently while maintaining a positive attitude
-
Passionate about people, culture, and making HR a trusted partner to the business
