Management Trainee (F&B)

About the Role

Career Path: Vertical (Management): Specialist → Senior Specialist/Supervisor → Area Manager → Senior Area Manager/Operations Manager Horizontal (Expertise): Opportunity to transition into Training, Supply Chain Quality, New Store Openings, or Digital Operations. You will need to communicate clearly and effectively with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and enforce operational standards (quality, service, safety) in assigned stores. 

• Provide frontline support to resolve store-level issues (customer complaints, equipment, staffing).

• Analyze sales, cost, and customer feedback data to generate reports and improvement plans.

• Train and coach store staff on new procedures, promotions, and policies. 

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR to ensure effective strategy execution.

Job Qualifications 

• Associate degree or higher. 

• 1-3 years of experience in F&B; chain restaurant management experience is a plus. 

• Fresh graduates are welcome. 

• Core Skills: Strong principles & execution, excellent communication, problem-solving, resilience, and customer focus.​
