Management Trainee (F&B)
About the Role
Career Path: Vertical (Management): Specialist → Senior Specialist/Supervisor → Area Manager → Senior Area Manager/Operations Manager Horizontal (Expertise): Opportunity to transition into Training, Supply Chain Quality, New Store Openings, or Digital Operations. You will need to communicate clearly and effectively with our team.
Key Responsibilities

Audit and enforce operational standards (quality, service, safety) in assigned stores.

Provide frontline support to resolve store-level issues (customer complaints, equipment, staffing).

Analyze sales, cost, and customer feedback data to generate reports and improvement plans.

Train and coach store staff on new procedures, promotions, and policies.

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR to ensure effective strategy execution.
Job Qualifications

Associate degree or higher.

1-3 years of experience in F&B; chain restaurant management experience is a plus.

Fresh graduates are welcome.
