Key Responsibilities

IT Specialist (SG)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Specialist to support our growing operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT support, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance — with a preference for candidates who are familiar with blockchain/Web3 environments and MAS regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support for internal teams, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Support and maintain internal enterprise applications such as productivity tools, user access systems, and cloud-based platforms.

Manage and monitor servers and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.

Job Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with HNWI/UHNWI, family offices, and institutional investors, building a sustainable pipeline of qualified prospects for the firm’s fund products.

Lead fundraising and distribution efforts for fund prodcuts, and other investment offerings, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets through structured sales campaigns and direct client engagement.

Deliver high-quality investment presentations and product pitches tailored to client needs, providing clear explanations of fund strategies, risk-return profiles, and the firm’s broader value proposition.

Oversee the entire sales process including prospect identification, due diligence support, contract negotiation, execution, and post-sale servicing, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.

Partner with compliance and operations teams to coordinate the full onboarding process, including completion of KYC/AML documentation, account setup, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
