Business Development Manager
About the role

This role is crucial in securing regulatory alignment, managing key public sector relationships, and identifying commercial partnership opportunities that support HelloRide’s growth strategy. You’ll represent HelloRide in discussions with government stakeholders, work cross-functionally to ensure compliance and advocacy, and build commercial relationships that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Government & Regulatory Engagement

  • Manage relationships with government agencies including LTA, URA, NParks, and Town Councils.

  • Drive proactive engagement to ensure compliance, smooth license renewals, and early visibility on regulatory shifts.

  • Coordinate and respond to policy consultations, data submissions, audits, and enforcement issues.

  • Position HelloRide as a thought partner to government stakeholders in sustainable urban mobility.

 

2. Strategic & Commercial Partnerships

  • Identify and negotiate commercial collaborations that extend HelloRide’s footprint—e.g., other mobility players, payments, ads, real estate, retail, F&B, other community organizations.

  • Develop mutually beneficial partnerships, campaigns and initiatives with external partners (e.g., CSR, branding, joint promotions).

  • Support pilot programs and new revenue opportunities linked to strategic partners.

 

3. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Product, Ops, Marketing, and Legal teams to deliver on BD objectives.

  • Track performance and impact of key partnerships and prepare reports for the GM and senior management.

  • Maintain a structured CRM and knowledge base for ongoing government and partner engagement.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.

  • 3-6 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, business development, or strategic partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s public sector and regulatory processes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and execution-heavy environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Urban Planning, or a related field.

  • Preferred Skills

    • Experience in a high-growth mobility, tech, or sustainability company.

    • Familiarity with licensing regimes or working with LTA-related frameworks.

Marketing Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and strategic marketer who can bring our brand to life across both online and offline channels. This role blends content creation, campaign execution, and partnership development, and is ideal for someone who loves fast-moving environments and wants to see their ideas come to life on the streets and screens of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling 

  • Conceptualize and produce social media content (posts, reels, visuals, and short-form videos) that amplify HelloRide’s brand voice.

  • Work closely with design and operations teams to develop localized visuals, campaign slogans, and event materials.

  • Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar, ensuring consistency across all channels (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. Marketing Campaigns & User Growth 

  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns — from ideation to launch to post-campaign analysis.

  • Manage push notifications, in-app banners, and offline posters to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Track and report campaign performance metrics, ensuring spend efficiency and clear ROI.

 

3. Brand Partnerships & Strategic Collaborations 

  • Identify and manage small- to mid-scale brand collaborations with lifestyle, F&B, retail, and sustainability partners.

  • Negotiate co-branded campaigns that enhance HelloRide’s visibility.

  • Liaise with partners on joint social media content and in-app activations.

 

4. Community Events & On-Ground Activation 

  • Plan and execute offline lifestyle events that connect with local audiences.

  • Manage logistics, creative direction, and on-site coverage (photo/video).

  • Represent the brand at relevant fairs, exhibitions, and community engagements.

 

5. Market Insights & Reporting 

  • Analyze user data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new marketing opportunities.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on campaign performance and brand traction.

 
Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital or brand marketing, ideally in consumer tech, mobility, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and social media storytelling.

  • Confident in working with external partners and internal design/ops teams.

  • Analytical, creative, and execution-focused with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
