Marketing Specialist
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and passionate individual with excellent communication skills to help drive brand awareness, showroom foot traffic, and sales through influencer marketing. In this role, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager in executing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborations, as well as supporting showroom tasks. This role is based in Singapore at the HICC PET Marina One Showroom with working hours from 10:30am to 7:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities
1. KOL Mapping & Research

Assist in identifying potential KOLs, micro-influencers, and community leaders in the pet industry.

Support the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive KOL database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

Monitor emerging KOLs, market trends, and competitor activities to discover new collaboration opportunities.

Outreach & Communication

Draft and send introductory messages/emails to potential KOLs, presenting brand and partnership opportunities.

Manage ongoing communications with KOLs and assist in scheduling calls or meetings when needed.

Support the building of strong, long-term KOL relationships, acting as a point of contact for day-to-day interactions.
2. Campaign & Event KOL Support

Assist in executing KOL marketing campaigns:
-
Brief KOLs on campaign goals, key messages, and creative guidelines.
-
Coordinate content creation timelines and deliverables.
-
Ensure timely delivery of agreed KOL posts.
-
Review KOL content prior to publishing to ensure brand alignment and compliance with guidelines.

Handle all administrative tasks related to KOL partnerships, including product seeding.

Support KOL engagement during brand events, product launches, and post-event follow-ups.
3. KOL Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and monitor KOL content across platforms to ensure timely posting and alignment with campaign goals.

Collect and compile campaign performance data, including reach, impressions, engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves), click- through rates, and sentiment analysis.

Assist in preparing regular KOL campaign performance reports with key insights, results, and areas of improvement.

Conduct competitor analysis on KOL collaborations and report findings.
4. Marketing Support

Support social media management

Support showroom operations such as call answering, customer communication, grooming service reservation , and cashier duties.
Job Qualifications

Currently pursuing or holding a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (at least 1 year of relevant marketing experience preferred; pet FMCG industry experience is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good copywriting and content editing skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (Red note), with an understanding of their content styles and trends.

Membership Specialist (HICC Pet Club)
About the role
We are seeking a Membership Management Role to design, launch, and manage the HICC Pet Club membership system in Singapore. This role manages both online (EDM, CRM) and offline (showroom, community, events) initiatives, ensuring member experience, stronger engagement, higher retention, and measurable business growth for HICC Pet Club. This role is based in Singapore at the HICC PET Marina One Showroom with working hours from 10:30am to 7:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities
1. Membership Program Acquisition & Operations

Design and implement the HICC Pet Club membership program, covering acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Implement lifecycle marketing strategies, and segment customer database for personalized marketing.

Rethink and shape the membership experience and product & service offering, grounded in data, insights, and user needs.

Ensure members feel valued through customer service excellence, handle feedback and optimize the membership journey.
2. Community Building, Engagement & Growth

Build strong ties with Singapore’s pet parent community.

Support showroom events, grooming workshops, and lifestyle gatherings.

Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, and showroom teams to promote online-to-offline integration (e.g., customers purchasing membership cards online and redeeming products & services offline).

Leverage referral programs to boost member acquisition and brand advocacy.
3. Support the Sales & Marketing Integration

Support the Shopify operation team to increase revenue share from members; Grow member average order value; drive repurchase rates

Increase showroom footfall through targeted EDM and CRM campaigns.

Encourage pet owner engagement and sharing (UGC, event highlights), and provide content assets to the marketing manager. Leverage member stories and event showcases to reinforce HICC Pet’s positioning as a pet wellness & grooming lifestyle brand.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in marketing & operation.

Experience in CRM, membership/loyalty program management is a PLUS (preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle, or pet industry).

Experience in managing both online (Shopify, EDM, CRM tools) and offline (events, showroom activations, community building) initiatives.

Sales Executive (HICC Pet Singapore)
About the role
To drive sales growth and brand visibility for HICC Pet’s range of premium pet hygiene and care products across Singapore. The Sales Executive will manage key retail and distributor accounts, develop new business opportunities, and ensure excellent in-store execution and customer engagement to strengthen HICC Pet’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Account Management

Manage and grow assigned retail, distributor, and online accounts (e.g., pet stores, grooming salons, vet clinics, and e-commerce partners).

Achieve monthly sales targets, focusing on volume growth, product listings, and brand visibility.

Identify new business opportunities, secure new retail placements, and expand coverage in the Singapore pet care market.

Negotiate listings, pricing, and promotions with customers to maximize sell-in and sell-through.

Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
2. Trade & Merchandising Execution

Ensure products are well stocked, rotated, and displayed according to HICC Pet merchandising standards

About the role
To drive regional sales expansion and strengthen brand presence for HICC Pet’s premium pet hygiene and care products across Southeast Asia (SEA). The SEA Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing key regional distributors and retail partners, developing new market opportunities, and executing sales strategies to deliver growth, visibility, and market leadership for HICC Pet.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Sales & Account Management

Manage and grow distributor and key account partnerships across SEA markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam).

Achieve regional sales targets and distribution KPIs, focusing on market penetration, sell- in and sell-through performance.

Identify, negotiate, and onboard new distributors or retail partners to expand market coverage.

Develop and execute annual business plans with each distributor, including pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies.

Monitor market performance, analyze sales data, and prepare monthly business reviews and forecasts.
2. Market Development & Execution

Conduct regular market visits to understand retail execution, pricing, and competitive landscape.
