About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer with 4–6 years of experience in the asset and fund management industry, preferably within Singapore or other APAC markets. Business Development (Global Sales) Executive
Key Responsibilities
You will participate in the development and expansion of Phillip Nova’ business activities. You are required to engage in client acquisition activities by following up on referred leads, events participation, networking and implementing other expansion strategies. You will also assist in the follow up with existing individual and institutional clients to provide timely personalized support to meet the clients’ trading needs. In addition, you will be involved in projects which will contribute to the overall development of business.

Certification in the CMFAS module(s) 2A, 5 and 6A will be an advantage

Business Development (Phillip Nova) Executive
About the role
Phillip Nova is one of the leading local broker with founding clearing members of Singapore Exchange Derivatives Trading (SGX-DT). Here in Phillip Nova, we offer a comprehensive range of asset classes like Equities, CFD, Futures, Options, Foreign Exchange and Bullion where investor, professional trader or corporate can choose from an array of electronic trading platforms to suit their investment profile.
You will participate in the development and expansion of Phillip Nova’ business activities for retail and high net worth segment. You are required to assist in client acquisition activities by following up on referred leads, events participation, networking and implementing other expansion strategies. You will also assist in the follow up with existing individual and institutional clients to provide timely personalized support to meet the clients’ trading needs. In addition, you will be involved in projects which will contribute to the overall development of business and enhancing the customer trading experience.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to achieve Equities/Futures/Forex commission and volume targets

Building relationships with existing clients including High Net Worth and active traders to increase client satisfaction.

Provide support for sales activities and participate in the team brainstorming to explore new marketing activities to increase business

Review and refine sales related processes improvement within the team
-
Execute daily sales administration activities and ensure inbox enquiries are timely responded to – e.g. answering customers’ enquires, supporting customers’ on boarding process, etc.

Ad hoc assignments and projects – e.g. client outreach, platform training, general market research etc
Job Qualifications

Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
