Marketing & Business Development Analyst
About the role
NUMB 川麻记 is a modern Chinese F&B brand known for its bold Sichuan flavours and immersive dining experiences. We’re building the next-generation Chinese dining brand — modern, memorable, and media-savvy. With stores across Singapore and growing regional presence, we’re now hiring a versatile Marketing & BD role to support our rapid growth.
This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly organised, and eager to contribute across marketing, operations, and data strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Influencer Management
-
Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns (Instagram, 小红书, WeChat, etc.)

Manage influencer collaborations and KOL partnerships — from outreach to execution

Coordinate content creation: campaign visuals, product launches, brand storytelling

Maintain posting calendars and ensure consistent brand presence across channels

Plan and promote marketing initiatives around new products and seasonal promos
2. External Corporate Functions & BD

Liaise with external clients and partners for corporate catering orders
-
Coordinate fulfillment and delivery logistics for events and group functions
-
Represent the brand in key account management, client communication, and special projects
-
Support strategic brand collaborations and partner marketing initiatives
-
Assist in organising product tastings, corporate activations, and event hosting
3. Data Analytics & Internal Support

Track daily/weekly/monthly sales, engagement, and campaign performance
-
Generate insights from sales reports, customer feedback, and digital engagement
-
Support internal hiring/HR campaigns — e.g., job listings, candidate coordination

Assist in planning and reporting for product launches, pricing, and performance metrics

Maintain internal dashboards and automate repetitive tasks (Excel/Sheets/Python preferred)
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in marketing, analytics, operations, or BD support

Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) — essential for KOL/corporate comms

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you know basic VBA, Python, or automation tools

Detail-oriented, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
