Innovation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the first round of project assessment

  • Prepare due diligence report

  • Conduct innovation and industrial landscaping research

  • Identify technology development trend, driving factors, opportunities and gaps in respective markets, fast-growing startups, key players and investment opportunities

  • Carry out intellectual property analysis and valuation study

  • Maintain knowledge database

  • Participate in client-facing project meeting and follow up with assignments

  • Compilation of documents including but not limited to executive summary, pitch deck, business proposals, and legal agreements

  • Use appropriate tools to present and visualize data to facilitate management's decision-making.

Programme Manager (Internship Trainee)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team to formulate short-term and medium-term product and services development roadmap

  • Support to design and organize varies delegation programmes, webinars, roundtables, private pitch sessions, roadshows, and exhibitions

  • Support sales, operations, and client onboarding

  • Support the Company's marketing activities, including wechat media, Linkedin and Vlog, and marketing campaigns

  • Procure necessary materials and 3rd party services

  • Handle requests and resolve issues promptly

  • Understand that time is of essence and keep stakeholders informed about status and progress

  • Keep proper documentation for tracking

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Adaptable, meticulous, and able to multitask in fast-paced settings

Regional Partnerships Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment across Southeast Asia and Singapore

  • Oversee and expand the international agent network

  • Engage and build relationships with corporate partners 

  • Collaborate closely with senior management

  • Report directly to the Head of Business Operations and Strategy

  • Gain regional exposure and business development opportunities in international education and corporate training

Customer Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for student and corporate enquiries

  • Handle requests and resolve issues promptly

  • Deliver excellent service to enhance satisfaction and value
