Date and Duration
The Winter Internship (Lunaris) will be from November through January.
While students are expected to commit for at least four to six weeks, students who are able to commit for a shorter/longer period are still welcomed to participate - commitment period can be further discussed with the potential employer during the interview.
On-site, Remote or Hybrid
-
For companies that are only interested in students doing it remotely, the host company will provide mentorship and supervision for the engaged participant(s) and review individuals' tasks/work remotely (work-from-home) either via Zoom or any preferred platform currently employed by the host company.
-
For companies that are interested in having students come to Singapore or the host company’s country to do on-site internship, participants will apply for their own work visa (Work Holiday Pass) and settle accommodation on their own. The host company will provide mentorship and supervision on-site either in office or it can be a mixture of hybrid work arrangement as well.
Either way, mentoring and reviewing sessions are advised to be conducted at least thrice a week to ensure participants are provided with an optimal learning experience
Remuneration
The internship can be either paid or unpaid, depending on your conversation with the students during interview process.

Resumes and CVs of students will be received and shortlisted by one of our business units – Sin Shin Advisory , which will oversee HR processes. Resumes and CVs of shortlisted candidates will then be sent to partnering companies for reviewing and shortlisting, towards arranging for an interview session.
Note: Majority of the internships are remote and unpaid. If you do come on-site for internship, you have to bear the costs yourself, although companies are more likely to offer stipends and career centre is more likely to offer funding.
