On-site, Remote or Hybrid
Remote
Interns work from home, with mentorship and supervision from the host company via Zoom or a platform of their choice.
On-site
Interns relocate to Singapore or the host company's country. You'll need to arrange your own work visa (Work Holiday Pass) and accommodation, with mentorship provided in the office.
Hybrid
A mix of on-site and remote — mentorship and supervision split between in-person and online, depending on the host company's arrangement.
Across all formats
Mentors check in at least three times a week, so you get consistent guidance no matter which format you choose.
Date and Duration
While students are expected to commit for at least four to six weeks, students who are able to commit for a shorter/longer period are still welcomed to participate.
Commitment period can be further discussed with the potential employer during the interview.
